You're here, so you already know what DigSearch does. A quick word before you spend any money.

A note from Chilton

I've been writing software for 36 years. In that time, tens of thousands of people have bought my software, used it, and stuck around. I've never sold my customer data, or sold my company, and I take my products' quality very seriously.

I don't write freeware. If I put my name on something, I make sure it's worth real money to the user.

But...

Some tasks are critical for using a computer, and finding stuff is one of those tasks. I am constantly apalled at how bad search features are on Mac and Windows.

If you need to find something important on your computer, DigSearch will find it.

I want you to have it, so you never have to worry about losing something important.

With that in mind, DigSearch's core features free, forever..

So just keep a copy around. It's small. It doesn't hide files all over your computer. It doesn't have any ads. The free build is honest. Every core feature works. There's no time limit. No nag screen. No asterisk on the word "free."

And don't worry about upgrading DigSearch unless you are confident you need the extended features. If the free build is all you ever need, that is fine with me.

The upgraded version is more powerful, but don't register it unless:

  • You want to search sets and cached results, so you can find specific information faster next time.
  • You want to access more positive hits per search, for larger lists of files.
  • Or you just want to support my work. I really appreciate that.

That's the whole pitch. Thanks for reading.
