We are taking a deliberate pause on new orders while we finalize logistics, fulfillment, and a small set of strategic partnerships. This is a planning decision, not a problem : and the pause is intentionally short. If you are already running a JasperAI system, nothing changes for you. Read the section below for details.
Why The Pause
Two things we are getting right
before we ship anything new.
We would rather take a few weeks now than rush a shipment and create a bad first experience for the next batch of customers. Here is what we are working through.
Logistics
Finalizing shipping and fulfillment.
Every JasperAI system arrives pre-configured, tested, and ready to plug in. That standard only holds if our shipping pipeline is dialed in : build queue, quality checks, packaging, carrier choice, and tracking. We are tightening every step of that chain so the next systems out the door are flawless on arrival.
Partnerships
Locking in strategic partnerships.
We are finalizing relationships with a small number of hardware, integration, and channel partners. These partnerships expand what JasperAI can do at delivery and who can support it after delivery. We want them in place before we sell the next units, not retrofitted afterward.
Existing Customers
If you already own a JasperAI system,
nothing changes.
This pause applies only to new product sales. Every system already in the field continues to run, update, and be supported on the same terms it was purchased under.
For Current Owners
Your system, your support, your data : uninterrupted.
You bought a JasperAI system to own it outright, and that is still exactly what you own. There is nothing you need to do, nothing to migrate, and nothing about the way your system works that is affected by this pause. Your hardware keeps running, your data stays local, and your support continues as scheduled.

What Happens Next
The short version of our roadmap.
We are keeping this transparent. Here is what we are doing, in order, before new orders reopen.
Shipping pipeline finalization. Build, test, packaging, and carrier workflow are being standardized end to end. Every unit that ships after the pause will move through the same hardened process.
Strategic partnership signing. Final agreements with hardware, integration, and support partners. These expand what each tier ships with and who can help customers after delivery.
Quiet relaunch for waitlist. Anyone who reached out during the pause gets first access to the next batch of units before we re-open public ordering.
New orders reopen. Pricing tiers return to the public site and the order pipeline resumes at full capacity, with a tightened shipping process and the new partner ecosystem in place.
